About Lorraine Kelly
Lorraine is an accredited member of the Irish Counselling & Psychotherapy (IACP)
and holds a BSc in Integrative Counselling &Psychotherapy, and is a compassionate
and a client-centred counsellor dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s
challenges with empathy, respect, and understanding. Her approach is grounded in
creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and
empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions at their own pace.
Lorraine’s experience in therapeutic work across a range of areas, including anxiety,
trauma, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, and personal development, draws
on integrative methods tailored to each individual’s unique needs. Lorraine’s practice
is informed by approaches such as person-centred therapy, cognitive behavioural
techniques, Choice Theory, and mindfulness-based strategies, allowing her to adapt
