Reaching out for support can feel like a big and sometimes overwhelming step. You may be feeling anxious, stuck, grieving, or struggling in your relationships — unsure of where to turn or how to move forward.
Hildegarde offers a warm, safe, and confidential space where you can begin to talk openly, at your own pace, without fear of judgment. She understands that every person’s experience is unique, and works gently alongside you to explore what is happening in your life right now.
As an integrative psychotherapist, Hildegarde draws from a range of approaches including Person-Centred and Psychodynamic. This allows her to tailor her work to your individual needs, supporting you in making sense of your thoughts, feelings and patterns.
She has experience working with anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, relationship difficulties, couples counselling and anger management. Together, you will begin to build greater awareness, develop coping tools, and find new ways of responding to life’s challenges.
Hildegarde believes that real and lasting change happens within a trusting therapeutic relationship. Her aim is to support you in feeling heard, understood and empowered helping you to move forward with greater clarity, resilience and a deeper sense of self.
