About Carl O Donnell
Carol is an accredited member of APCP. She holds a BSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy, a Level 9 Certificate in Gambling and Addiction Studies, and a certificate in Couples Counselling. As an integrative therapist, Carol draws on a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client. She places strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship, tailoring individual therapy pathways that she believes are central to effective client engagement and positive outcomes.
Carol values each client’s individuality and approaches her work with empathy and understanding. She recognises the courage it takes to share personal experiences and strives to create a safe, supportive space where clients can express themselves, process their experiences, and feel genuinely heard.
She works with individuals experiencing trauma, bereavement, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and a range of emotional challenges. Her approach integrates evidence-based modalities while promoting balance, presence, healing, well-being, and personal growth.
Her primary goal is to support and empower clients to live authentic, meaningful, and fulfilling lives.
