About Kerry Sutcliffe
Kerry is an accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and holds both a BSc and an MSc.
As an Integrative Therapist, she incorporates various therapeutic approaches to address the unique needs of her clients. Kerry emphasises the importance of the therapeutic relationship and tailors individual therapy pathways, which she believes are pivotal to effective client engagement.
She values each client’s individuality and approaches therapy with empathy, fully recognising the challenges and courage it takes to share personal concerns in a therapeutic setting. Kerry strives to create a space where clients can express themselves, process their own experiences and feel genuinely heard. Her primary goal is to support and empower clients to lead authentic and meaningful lives.
Kerry works with individuals who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and low self-esteem, emotional challenges, evidence-based modalities, balance and presence, as well as promoting healing, well-being, and personal growth
