    • The Brain’s Centers: Learn the “functional dualism” between your logical Cerebral Cortex (the strategy center) and the primitive Limbic System (the emotional center).
    • The Amygdala Hijack: Understand exactly how high-emotional charges override your logical brain, causing reactive incidents you later regret. 
    • The Chemical Aftermath: Discover how a hormonal flush creates a physical state of alarm that can silently impact your mood and body for hours or even days. ⚖️

    • The 4 Stages of Analysis: Master a sequential framework to spot your internal “thinking errors” (like mind reading or all-or-nothing thinking) and build neutral, objective reframes.

    • The Traffic Light System: Implement a highly effective internal roadway system: stop on Red, evaluate choices on Yellow, and proceed assertively and calmly on Green
