Access counselling has been a life saver for me. From the minute I walked in the door I felt welcome and understood. Andy my counsellor had his work cut out with me but my life has been improved so much and I appreciate everything. Still continue to see him when I need. The athmosphere when you walk in is friendly and I felt so comfortable with the whole process. Would highly recommend to everyone.

I have been attending Access Counselling for 5 years since I started college. I found it extremely beneficial to my life. Now that things have improved for myself, I can safely say this was courtesy of the work I and my counselor Ruth put in. She was fantastic. And I always remember to myself to take it in little steps each time I go through struggles. It has been of huge benefit and if I ever need to attend again, I hope the doors open! 🙂

I attended access counselling for several months with Ruth one of the therapists here. I can’t recommend access counselling and Ruth enough. They have helped me overcome so many obstacles and grow as a person I would recommend access counselling to everyone the hardest step is the first one but it is definitely worth it

I left a review 3 years ago when I was in the beginning of my journey with Ruth.3 years later I can say it feels like we climbed mountains together. I highly recommend giving Access a go. Whether you have been to 100s or this is your first time. Great location, really comforting atmosphere, and of course your incredible staff.Ruth is a true lady, I can’t thank her enough for every session we had, being where I am today. It feels like I have a new life 💗
